? Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers and customers.

? Conduct application study visits and recommend suitable solutions.

? Prepare costing and estimates for customized products.

? Handle enquiries, tenders, techno-commercial offers, and e-bids.

? Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Production, Quality, and Design teams.





? Conduct product training for Sales Engineers and customers.

? Handle OEM, Government, and key customer accounts.

? Process orders, provide post-sales support, and resolve customer queries.
