- Prepare accurate and timely quotations in coordination with the Sales team based on customer requirements.
- Review product specifications, pricing, and technical requirements to ensure quotation accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives to align quotations with customer discussions and requirements.
- Configure and source products for complex customer requirements in coordination with the internal technical team.
- Ensure quotations comply with company pricing, policies, and approved terms.
- Add approved brochures, case studies, and other marketing collaterals to quotations wherever required.
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and project details in the CRM system.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with Logistics, Production, Finance,
and other relevant departments for timely execution.
- Coordinate and follow up on urgent/expedite orders with the concerned teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact order processing or customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Technical, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
