To design, develop, support and maintain high-performance Oracle Forms and APEX based applications. As an individual contributor (IC), this role also focuses on optimizing database performance, integrating modern web technologies, and actively participating in the full software development lifecycle to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Design Develop applications using Oracle Forms and Reports using Developer 12c/19c • Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, functions, procedures, and packages • Develop complex reports using Oracle Reports • Enhance existing applications for improved performance and usability.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues • Develop applications using Oracle APEX • Create and maintain database objects like tables, views, indexes, triggers etc.
- Develop interactive reports, grids, charts, and dashboards.
- Migrate applications between environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
- Work on performance tuning for Oracle based applications.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in supporting plant systems that operate 24/7.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS: Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.




- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Forms Reports, and Apex application development.
- Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Oracle Developer 12c/ 19c • Oracle Database 19c/12c • Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills • XML programming • Oracle APEX (version 22.x or higher) • Good knowledge of Oracle Database architecture • Ability to debug and optimize SQL/PLSQL code • Exposure to Unix/Linux shell scripting Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Valuable communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment Additional Skills preferred:
- Experience with Oracle Forms migration 6i/10g/11g/12c/19c) • Pro*C Programming • JavaScript frameworks • OBIEE/ Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Python / R • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery • REST APIs and JSON data handling • Familiarity with Responsive Design and Theme Roller customization PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Successful development and implementation of • Oracle Forms and Reports based applications (E Business Suit /OAF experience is not considered as experience for this position) • Oracle APEX applications • Successfully developed and optimized PL/SQL code for high-performance applications.
- Migrated legacy Forms from Developer 2000 to (6i,10g/11g/12c/19c) • Tuning of SQL queries and PL/SQL code for faster execution in high-volume transaction systems.
- Debugging of form and report issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and applying fixes
