We are looking for a highly motivated Angular & Next.js Product Development Owner who can take end-to-end ownership of product development , contribute hands-on to frontend engineering, and gradually take responsibility for product-level decisions and delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Angular and Next.js , a product-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to take ownership of features, modules, and overall product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and Next.js .
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned products, modules, and features.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Work closely with management, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver product requirements.
- Take responsibility for planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of assigned features.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to product and architectural decisions.
- Identify issues proactively and take ownership of resolving them.
- Ensure applications are responsive, scalable, secure, and performance-oriented.
- Review existing functionality and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and user experience.
- Guide and support other developers when required.
- Track feature progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned responsibilities.
- Be willing to grow into a Product Owner / Product Engineering leadership role .
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular .
- Good practical experience with Next.js and React .
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
- Good understanding of responsive UI development.
- Knowledge of Git and modern development practices.
- Understanding of SEO, SSR/SSG, and frontend performance optimization is an advantage.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
Product Ownership Expectations The candidate should be someone who is willing to go beyond coding and take ownership of the product . The selected candidate should be comfortable with:
- Understanding the business purpose behind the product .
- Taking responsibility for assigned product modules.
- Making practical technical and implementation decisions.
- Coordinating with different teams to complete requirements.
- Taking accountability for quality and delivery.
- Proactively identifying improvements instead of waiting for instructions.
- Gradually taking responsibility similar to a Product Owner / Product Engineering Owner .
