Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ANM Staff role based in Dindugul. The ANM Staff member will support day-to-day operations, including patient registration, basic clinical assessments, and coordination of teleconsultations with doctors.

Responsibilities include recording patient history and vital signs, maintaining accurate medical records, assisting with health education and preventive care initiatives, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.



The role involves working closely with doctors, support teams, and patients to provide timely, respectful, and high-quality care, as well as supporting corporate and community health programs as needed.

Qualifications

- Valid ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) qualification from a recognized institution and registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Core clinical skills, including basic patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, documentation, and adherence to standard treatment and infection control guidelines.
- Ability to use digital tools and electronic systems for patient registration, data entry, and coordination of telemedicine consultations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, doctors, and corporate partners.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dindugul and collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Prior experience in primary care, community health, or corporate health programs is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in relevant local languages and English to manage documentation and patient interactions is preferred. - Must own or have access to a 2 Wheeler
