Qualification

- M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry

Experience

- Minimum 5-6 Years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Analytical Laboratory / Public Testing Laboratory.
- Experience in NABL Accredited Laboratory will be preferred.
- Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of pharmaceutical drug samples, raw materials, finished products and stability samples as per approved methods and specifications.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety and good housekeeping practices
- Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis using HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer and other laboratory instruments.
- Perform testing such as Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution, Disintegration, pH, Moisture/LOD, Identification and other applicable tests.
- Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, solvents and mobile phases.
- Operate, maintain and monitor laboratory instruments as per SOPs.
- Maintain proper analytical worksheets, instrument logbooks, test records and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs,



STPs and Data Integrity requirements.
- Perform and support method validation, method verification and analytical method transfer activities.
- Support investigation of OOS, OOT, deviations and analytical discrepancies.
- Review analytical results and ensure accuracy and completeness of laboratory records.
- Follow proper handling, storage and disposal procedures for samples, chemicals and laboratory waste.
- Coordinate with QA, QC and other departments for timely completion of testing activities.
- Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of HPLC, UV and other analytical laboratory instruments.

Attention to detail and ability to identify analytical errors
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical analytical testing and drug analysis.
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, SOP, STP and Data Integrity.
- Valuable documentation and analytical reporting skills.
