We are looking for an experienced Analyst – Market Data Operations with 5–8 years of experience in market data operations, order management, invoice reconciliation, market data management, vendor management, and financial services operations.

The ideal candidate should have robust analytical and reporting skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience with tools such as DACS and Bloomberg Online Portal.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage market data requests, orders, and lifecycle activities.
- Perform invoice reconciliation, validation, and exception handling.
- Maintain and manage Market Data Management (MDM) inventory and related tools.
- Handle vendor declarations and market data compliance activities.
- Work with DACS and Bloomberg Online Portal for market data operations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
- Track and manage defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Investigate operational issues and provide appropriate resolution recommendations.
- Act as an SME for Market Data Operations processes.
- Support SOP adherence, review, and process documentation.
- Train, mentor, and guide analysts and new team members.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactively escalate risks, exceptions, and complex operational scenarios.
- Support process improvement initiatives and project activities.
- Respond to stakeholder queries related to market data and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver high-quality operational support within defined timelines.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Market Data Operations or Financial Services Operations.
- Strong understanding of market data lifecycle and operational processes.
- Hands-on experience with market data orders, invoices, vendors, and compliance activities.
- Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SLA/KPI management and SOP-driven operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Experience training or mentoring team members is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
