Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and hiring candidates.

- Source potential candidates through various channels to meet talent acquisition needs.

- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure end-to-end recruitment processes run smoothly.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Support the development of effective recruitment strategies.

- Collaborate with other teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Job Requirements :

- Skills in recruitment, screening, hiring, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.

- Experience working with HR systems and analyzing data to inform decisions.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with talent acquisition principles and practices is desirable.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Graduation is mandatory. MBA or equivalent/ Post Graduation is preferred.

- The engagement will be on a Retainership basis for a fixed term of 1 year.

- Up to 1 year of relevant work/ internship experience in Talent Acquisition shall be preferred.
