Your work profile

As a Senior Executive, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations

- Post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper financial classification
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports as per US GAAP




- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on key movements
- Support fixed assets accounting including capitalization and depreciation
- Handle intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing documentation
- Collaborate with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams for issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives
- Maintain documentation for processes and ensure audit readiness

Key skills required:

- Education: Any graduation degree
- Industry Preference: Renewables / Finance outsourcing / BPO / KPO / Shared Services with US clients experience (added advantage)
- Experience in US GAAP
