- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve layout quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and understanding of analog layout design.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout Design.
- Solid knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on layout.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Understanding of parasitic extraction and signal integrity analysis.
- Familiarity with power distribution networks and noise reduction techniques.
- Ability to interpret schematic diagrams and translate them into efficient physical layouts.
Additional Information
