About the Opportunity

Fipsar is looking for an experienced AMS Operations & Service Management Lead to strengthen our global Application Managed Services (AMS) and Production Support operations.

We are seeking a strong Service Management / IT Operations leader with experience in 24x5/24x7 production environments, ITIL processes, SLA/KPI governance, Incident & Problem Management, Continuous Service Improvement, automation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead and continuously improve 24x5/24x7 AMS & Production Support operations

? Drive Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident & Service Request Management

? Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, operational dashboards & service-health metrics

? Drive RCA and corrective/preventive actions for recurring production issues

? Lead Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives

? Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled operations

? Drive operational reviews, MBRs, QBRs and service reviews

? Provide executive-level visibility on service health, risks, trends and improvements

? Coach Delivery Managers and support teams on operational excellence and service management

? Strengthen SOPs, runbooks, knowledge management and operational readiness

? Support DR, business continuity and resiliency initiatives

? Collaborate with global business, application,



infrastructure, data, cloud and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For

✅ 10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, IT Operations, Managed Services or Service Delivery

✅ Strong experience managing global 24x5/24x7 mission-critical operations

✅ Robust knowledge of ITIL-based Service Management

✅ Experience in SLA/KPI governance and continuous improvement

✅ Proven experience driving automation, reliability and operational efficiency

✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills

Good to Have

⭐ SQL / Jira / ServiceNow

⭐ Cloud, Data & Analytics platforms

⭐ ETL / Data Integration / BI platforms

⭐ Life Sciences / Biopharma application experience

⭐ ITIL Certification
