We are looking for competent, agile and motivated candidates for a suitable position in Quality Assurance Training Department, OSD Unit for SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad.

- Quality Assurance Training Department (OSD)
- Designation: Officer / Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Total Experience: 02 to 06 years

Desired Profile:

- Conduct training on cGMP topics, SOPs, regulatory, mandatory and developmental training.
- Prepare and review Training Need Identification (TNI) matrices and training calendars.
- Track employee training completion and coordinate training programs.
- Manage training schedules and related activities through AIMS / Training Software.
- Prepare and review Change Controls, Deviations, Incidents and Risk Assessments.
- Manage creation, upload, update, approval, cancellation and inactivation of documents and formats in AIMS.
- Coordinate training activities as Location Training Coordinator / Training Software Admin for the Matoda OSD site.
- Review calibration certificates and reports.
- Manage GMP documents including SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, drawings, formats, artworks and protocols through issuance, retrieval, archival,



control and destruction.
- Maintain the documentation cell and ensure proper document retrieval and control.
- Coordinate timely scanning of BMR/BPR and other documents for Regulatory Affairs submissions.
- Log and coordinate quality notifications such as OOS, OOAL, laboratory incidents and computer system incidents.
- Support GMP compliance and coordinate self-inspection activities.

Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, strong documentation skills, exposure to cGMP, QMS and regulatory requirements will be preferred. Candidate should have 02 to 06 years of relevant experience in QA / GMP / Documentation / Training in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in OSD manufacturing environments and exposure to USFDA-regulated pharmaceutical organizations will be preferred.
