Job Summery

We are looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering professional to support new business opportunities through civil and structural design evaluation, validation, estimation, site surveys and technically optimized infrastructure solutions. The role will work closely with Business Development, customers, consultants and project teams from chance identification through solution development, technical due diligence, estimation and bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business & Technical Support

- Support Business Development teams in evaluating new business opportunities.
- Assess technical feasibility and develop technically optimized solutions.
- Participate in customer discussions, technical presentations and proposal development.
- Provide concept engineering and technical inputs for new opportunities.

2. Civil & Structural Design Validation

- Review and validate civil and structural designs.
- Evaluate structural adequacy, loading criteria, material specifications and constructability.
- Validate designs prepared by consultants, customers and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, industry standards and customer specifications.
- 3. Site Survey & Feasibility
- Conduct/review site surveys and assess project feasibility.
- Evaluate terrain, accessibility, geotechnical conditions, utilities and environmental constraints.
- Prepare site assessment and feasibility reports.
- Coordinate with survey agencies and consultants.

4. BOQ/BOM, Estimation & Costing

- Prepare and validate BOQ/BOM for civil and structural works.
- Review quantities, material specifications and project requirements.
- Evaluate estimates based on site conditions,



material availability and applicable standards.
- Identify discrepancies and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support budget and commercial assessment for new business opportunities.

5. Emerging Infrastructure Solutions

- Provide engineering support for Data Centres, Edge Facilities, Renewable Energy, Smart Infrastructure and Digital Infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate foundation systems, civil works and structural concepts.
- Support development of standardized and scalable engineering solutions.

6. Tender & Bid Support

- Review RFQs, RFPs, DNITs, technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Provide technical inputs for techno-commercial evaluations and bid submissions.
- Support technically compliant and commercially competitive tender responses.

7. Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with Business Development, SCM, Operations, Deployment Teams, consultants and customers.
- Support customer interactions with technical recommendations and presentations.
- Ensure timely completion of technical assessments and deliverables.

Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Preferred: M.Tech in Structural Engineering.

Experience

- Experience in one or more of: Telecom Infrastructure, Transmission Towers, Buildings, Renewable Energy, Data Centres, Industrial Infrastructure or equivalent sectors.
- Strong experience in civil/structural design review, validation, technical assessment, BOQ/BOM, estimation, site surveys and feasibility assessment.
- Exposure to technical bid evaluation, DNIT review and New Business Development support.
