Role & responsibilities

- Continuously track shipment movement and update customers

- Check pre-alert documents received from overseas agents/co-loaders

- CFS movement , CFS Billing, IGM filing ,Checking Manifest ,

- Tracking the shipments,Sea IGM Details, Bill of Entry and Shipping billStatus.

- Maintain close coordination with agents/co-loaders for shipment

- Follow up with customers (consignees) to collect NOC (No Objection Certificate) documents for DO (Delivery Order) release.
