Job Purpose Responsible for ensuring suppliers consistently meet quality, delivery, and regulatory requirements through supplier development, audits, APQP, PPAP, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and approve new suppliers.

Monitor supplier quality KPIs and scorecards.





Conduct supplier audits and process assessments.

Lead APQP and review PPAP submissions.

Drive corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, RCA and CAPA.

Ensure incoming material quality and manage supplier non-conformities.

Develop supplier capability through Lean, Kaizen and training.

Support customer audits and cross-functional quality activities.

Maintain quality documentation and ensure ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance.

Experience - 6 to 8 years in Supplier Quality Assurance within automotive or manufacturing industries.

Technical Skills - APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, GD&T;, IATF 16949, ISO 9001.

Soft Skills - Leadership, communication, problem solving, decision making, teamwork, and time management.
