Chef de Partie (CDP) – Maharashtrian & Coastal Cuisine

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in authentic Maharashtrian and Coastal Maharashtrian cuisine, with strong expertise in fish and seafood preparations.

The candidate should have skilled hotel, resort or restaurant kitchen experience and be capable of independently managing the Maharashtrian/seafood section.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Maharashtrian and Coastal Maharashtrian cuisine.
- Special expertise in fish and seafood preparations including fish curries, fish fry, prawns, crab and other seafood dishes.
- Handle fish cleaning, cutting, portioning,



marination and cooking.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Prepare traditional Maharashtrian masalas and gravies.
- Supervise and guide Commis-level kitchen staff working in the section.
- Ensure proper hygiene, food safety and kitchen discipline.
- Control food wastage and maintain proper portioning.
- Follow standardized recipes and kitchen SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef/Executive Chef for daily kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
