Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 4–6 years

Current Designation Preferred: CDP / Senior CDP

Relocation: Candidate must be willing to relocate and work across India as per business requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated All-Rounder Chef with strong multi-cuisine knowledge and hands-on kitchen experience. The ideal candidate should currently be working at CDP / Senior CDP level and be ready to take on greater responsibilities in kitchen operations and team management.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling different kitchen sections, maintaining food quality and consistency, and supporting the smooth functioning of the kitchen during high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day kitchen operations across assigned sections.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of multiple cuisines and kitchen sections.
- Prepare food consistently as per standard recipes, presentation guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service.
- Guide, train and supervise Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor food quality, taste, portioning and presentation.
- Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor and control food wastage, portion control and kitchen costs.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checking and proper storage of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with kitchen SOPs and operational standards.
- Handle kitchen responsibilities independently in the absence of senior team members.




- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely food dispatch.
- Support menu execution, new dish trials and product consistency.
- Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards within the kitchen.
- Be flexible to work across different outlets and locations as per business requirements.

Requirements
- Currently working as a CDP / Senior CDP with relevant experience in a reputed restaurant, hotel or hospitality setup.
- Robust multi-cuisine / all-rounder kitchen skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental and other relevant cuisines.
- Ability to handle multiple kitchen sections independently.
- Strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, hygiene and kitchen SOPs.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who demonstrate leadership ability and are looking for career growth and increased responsibilities will be preferred.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in India based on business requirements is mandatory.
