5–10 years of experience in Application Support, QA, Platform Operations, or DevOps.

Experience with Alation, MANTA, Arena, or similar data governance/catalog tools. Solid SQL, Linux/Unix, API testing, and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, Git, and automation practices. Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Rally, Dynatrace, and Splunk. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Support, monitor, and maintain Alation, MANTA, Arena, and related platforms. Execute manual and automated testing for platform features, integrations, APIs, and upgrades. Perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshoot platform issues. Manage incidents, changes,



and service requests using ServiceNow. Monitor application health using Dynatrace, Splunk, and other tools. Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.

Support
