Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Air Freight Operations Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Air Freight Operations

Executive will manage day-to-day air export and freight activities, including coordinating bookings, preparing and verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The role involves monitoring shipment status, updating systems with accurate data,



and communicating with internal teams, airlines, freight forwarders, and customers to resolve issues and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities also include supporting customer service requests, maintaining standard operating procedures, and participating in training initiatives to ensure consistent, controlled operations in a pharmaceutical logistics environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to manage stakeholder interactions and support client requirements.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Export and Freight operations, including documentation, shipment processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver and receive Training, contributing to process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Relevant experience in air freight, logistics, or pharmaceutical supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to quality and compliance standards are essential.
- Proficiency with MS Office and logistics-related software or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is advantageous.
