About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Executive Air Export Pricing to join our Air Exports team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in air freight pricing, freight forwarding operations, vendor negotiations, and international trade lanes, with a robust understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end air export pricing for complex and high-volume shipments.
- Prepare competitive and commercially viable quotations while maintaining required profit margins.
- Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth pricing and shipment handling.
- Negotiate with airlines and vendors to secure competitive rates and favorable commercial terms.
- Monitor global air cargo market conditions, including capacity constraints, fuel price fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, and geopolitical disruptions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of air cargo geography, international trade lanes, airport hubs, and IATA regulations.
- Prepare pricing-related reports and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and accurate pricing support.

What Were Looking For 3 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Air Export Pricing, Air Cargo Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics

Procurement.

Experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry is preferred.

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance competitive market pricing and profitability.

Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
