About the Role

Ocean Sky Logistics is looking for detail-oriented, responsible and customer-focused professionals to join our Air & Sea Import & Export Documentation and Customer Support team. We welcome applications from both freshers looking to start their career in international logistics and experienced candidates with knowledge of freight forwarding, shipment documentation and customer coordination.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipment documentation, updating customers, following up with airlines/shipping lines and overseas partners, and ensuring smooth processing of import and export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle documentation and coordination for Air & Sea Import & Export shipments.
- Prepare, verify and maintain shipment-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, shippers, consignees, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines and transporters.
- Follow up on shipment bookings, cargo pickup, loading and dispatch.
- Monitor shipment status from origin to destination.
- Provide regular shipment updates to customers.
- Coordinate with Customs, CFS, CHA/customs brokers and other service providers where required.
- Check shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate AWB, HBL/MBL, commercial invoice, packing list and other shipment documents.
- Follow up for missing or corrected documents.
- Coordinate with Operations and Pricing teams to resolve shipment-related requirements.




- Maintain proper records of shipment documentation and communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Escalate delays, discrepancies or operational issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure customer requirements and shipment instructions are properly communicated to the operations team.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and shipment information.

For Freshers

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have:

- Graduate degree/diploma in any relevant field.
- Interest in International Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn international shipping and documentation.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- A positive attitude and responsible approach to work.

Previous freight-forwarding experience is not mandatory for freshers. Training and practical exposure will be provided to help candidates understand international freight forwarding, documentation and customer coordination.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 1–3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping,



logistics documentation or customer service will be preferred. Experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import, Export, AWB, BL documentation, shipment coordination and customer support will be an advantage.
