Giftoy (a brand of Calkite Inc.) is a US toys and gifts company based in San Jose, California. We are building a YouTube channel of AI-generated story videos for kids.

We are hiring one AI Video Generation Specialist in India, on contract, to make them. Full-time hours, rolling monthly contract, paid in rupees.

Please watch it before applying. A narrated story over illustrated scenes, gentle camera movement, text on screen, around ten minutes long. That is the format. We want that same quality, with our own characters, made for children.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We write the scripts. You generate the videos.

- Generate every visual with AI - characters, scenes, backgrounds - and keep the same character identical in every single shot
- Build 10-minute videos: camera motion, transitions, pacing, on-screen text
- Produce AI voiceover and mix it with music

- Design thumbnails and titles
- Publish to YouTube, including Made for Kids and synthetic-content labelling

Target once you are up to speed: 4 to 6 videos per month. YOU MUST BE GENUINELY EXPERIENCED WITH AI VIDEO GENERATION
- AI image generation: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI or similar, with a real, working method for keeping one character identical across dozens of images. This is the single most important skill in this job.
- AI video tools: Kling, Google Veo, Runway, Sora, Luma or similar, and the judgement to know when a still with camera motion beats a generated clip
- Video editing in DaVinci Resolve,



Premiere Pro or After Effects: camera moves on stills, text animation, audio mixing
- AI voiceover (ElevenLabs or similar), including timing narration to picture

SHOW US YOUR WORK. THIS IS WHAT WE JUDGE. We do not care about your years of experience, your degree, or which studio you worked at. We judge you on the videos you send us.

Do not send a CV alone. Send links to finished videos you made yourself:

1. One narrated video, 5 minutes or longer
2. One video where the same character appears in many different shots
3. One more piece you are proud of

For each one, write a single line: which AI tools you used, and what the hardest part was. Applications without links will not be opened.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Rs 33,000 per month, paid on the 1st, every month, on time, sent to your Indian bank account
- Every AI tool paid for by us: Midjourney, Kling or Veo credits, ElevenLabs, editing software. You never spend your own money on subscriptions.
- Fully remote, anywhere in India. Flexible schedule. We care about delivery dates, not when you sit down.
- Rate review at 6 months, based on your output
- Rolling monthly contract with 30 days notice on both sides. If it works, it continues indefinitely.
- Public credit on everything you make. It is all yours for your portfolio.

HIRING PROCESS Portfolio review, then a 30-minute video call, then a short paid trial task (Rs 3,000, about 4 hours), then an offer. We pay for trial work. We never ask anyone to work for free.
