About us:

PPC Guru is looking for a creative AI Video Editor to produce short-form video content for both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns .

We work with businesses across Canada and the USA and are building an AI-first creative workflow using tools such as Higgsfield, Google Veo, Flow, Kling, Runway, Sora and other generative video platforms .

This is not a prompt-only role. We're looking for a strong video editor and visual storyteller who knows how to use AI as part of the creative process.

What You'll Create:

- Instagram Reels
- TikTok & YouTube Shorts
- Organic social media videos
- Paid Meta Ads
- AI-generated commercials
- UGC-style and talking-head videos
- Educational and promotional content
- Project showcases and before/after videos
- Voiceover-led and stock + AI videos

What You'll Do:

- Turn scripts, ideas and briefs into engaging short-form videos
- Generate video using Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora or similar tools
- Write and refine prompts for camera movement, framing, lighting and motion
- Maintain character, product and brand consistency
- Edit using Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Pro




- Create strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
- Add captions, music, SFX and clean sound design
- Create content for both organic engagement and lead-generation campaigns
- Test different hooks, styles and creative variations
- Follow social media and AI-video trends
- Experiment with current AI tools and workflows

Requirements: ✅ 2+ years of professional video-editing experience

✅ Strong portfolio of Reels, Shorts, ads or social media videos

✅ Hands-on experience with at least one AI video tool such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora or Seedance

✅ Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design and social media content

✅ Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Pro

✅ Ability to create both organic content and performance ads

✅ Good written English and remote-team communication

✅ Comfortable working a fixed schedule overlapping with North American Eastern Time
