About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative AI Video Creator who can transform ideas, scripts and creative briefs into high-quality, engaging video content using AI and traditional creative tools.

The ideal candidate should have the jazba to think differently, experiment fearlessly and create new visual possibilities with AI.

You will work on advertising campaigns, brand films, social media content, reels, digital campaigns, event films, presentations and AI-generated video concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and create AI-powered videos from scratch.
- Convert scripts, ideas and creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Generate AI images, characters, environments, shots and video sequences.
- Create cinematic AI videos with strong composition, camera movement, lighting and storytelling.
- Use AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video and generative visual creation.
- Combine AI-generated footage with professionally edited footage to create polished final videos.
- Edit videos, add music, sound effects, voiceovers, typography and motion graphics.
- Create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and digital campaigns.
- Develop multiple creative treatments and visual approaches for client presentations and pitches.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Visualizers, Copywriters and Account Teams.
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve quality and production speed.
- Ensure the final output looks premium,



realistic and creatively directed — not obviously AI-generated.

AI Skills Hands-on experience with AI video and creative platforms such as:
- Google Veo
- Runway
- Kling
- Sora
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- Other emerging AI image/video generation platforms

Experience with AI voice, lip-sync, character animation and AI-assisted post-production will be an advantage. Editing & Design Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and compositing
- Positive knowledge of cinematography and visual storytelling

The Person We Are Looking For We are NOT looking for someone who simply knows how to type prompts into an AI tool.

We are looking for a Creative AI Video Maker who understands:

IDEA → SCRIPT → VISUAL DIRECTION → AI GENERATION → EDITING → SOUND → FINAL FILM

You should be able to take a blank page and create something that makes people say:

“Wow. How did you create that?”
