Role Overview

Rulers Studio is an AI-first creative studio looking for three AI Video Creators who can turn scripts, boards and brand briefs into finished AI-generated video. This is a hands-on, experimental role built around prompting, visual consistency and craft — not traditional filmmaking.

Key Responsibilities

- Break briefs and scripts into AI-generatable scenes, shots, characters and locations.
- Generate visual and video assets — characters, environments, keyframes, product shots and packshots.
- Hold consistency across characters, products, styling, lighting and scene continuity throughout a sequence.
- Iterate prompts and references until the frame matches the board, not until it looks acceptable.
- Clean up AI artifacts — warped text, broken logos, distorted hands, melted product edges.
- Inpaint, outpaint, upscale and composite to bring shots to final delivery quality.
- Grade for a consistent look across a full campaign.

Ideal Candidate

- Genuinely interested in AI tools and creative experimentation.
- Has an eye for composition, lighting and framing — not just prompt syntax.
- Comfortable working through imperfect outputs and running a shot fifty times to get one right.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- Takes ownership and communicates clearly with the team.

Required Skills

- Strong visual sense and understanding of what makes a frame look expensive.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools.
- Working knowledge of prompting and iteration.
- Rapid turnaround and problem-solving ability.




- Interest in advertising, brand storytelling and cinematic work.

Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Flux, Seedance, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo, Pika or Leonardo.
- Experience producing AI-generated ads, reels, films or promotional content.
- Photoshop, After Effects, or any compositing background.
- Basic video editing and asset management skills.

Project-based, remote. 3 openings. Up to ₹1,500 per minute of final approved video — the rate depends on shot complexity and how much consistency work a sequence needs. You iterate as many times as the shot needs and are paid for delivered runtime, not attempts. Ongoing volume for creators whose output is consistently strong, with bonuses, featured credit and a higher rate as your work proves out.
