After successfully building multiple products, including AI discovery tools, AI companion apps, and AI hardware. We're now launching Aadhunik AI Academy, a hands-on, in-person AI training center, with our first location opening in Chandigarh next month.

Role Description

As an AI Trainer at Aadhunik AI Academy | Chandigarh, you will support learners in understanding and applying core AI concepts and tools in a practical, accessible way. You will help design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs, focusing on real-world use cases and structured learning paths. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials, assisting with curriculum development, guiding learners through exercises, answering questions, and providing feedback on assignments and projects. You will also collaborate with the team to refine training content based on participant feedback and emerging AI trends.

The focus is practical: students should leave every session having built something they can actually use, not just taken notes.

This is an on-site position located in Chandigarh.

Responsibilities

- Foundational understanding of AI and common AI tools used
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences, with strong communication and presentation skills.




- Interest and experience in teaching, mentoring, or facilitating workshops, preferrably in technology or AI-related topics.
- Basic proficiency in data handling (e.g., spreadsheets, simple scripting) and comfort exploring new software platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and curiosity to stay updated on AI trends and best practices.
- Design and continuously update session content and projects as tools and demand evolve
- Guide students through hands-on assignments and capstone projects
- Adapt teaching style for different audiences, students, working professionals, business owners
- Organizational skills to manage learning schedules, track participant progress, and document training outcomes.
- Work with the admissions and operations team on batch scheduling and student outcomes
- Openness to feedback, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-evolving, community-focused environment.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience actually using AI tools in real work, not just theoretical knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience in training, teaching, or mentoring
- Comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering, and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Robust communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Based in Chandigarh/Tricity or willing to relocate
- Role includes evening and weekend availability, aligned with batch timings
