About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented AI Trainer to conduct an intensive 2-week Artificial Intelligence training program for students at a reputed college.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and structured sessions covering AI fundamentals, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI productivity tools, advanced AI systems, Agentic AI, RAG, and Responsible AI.
The objective is to help students develop a strong understanding of modern AI technologies and learn how to practically apply AI tools for problem-solving, productivity, learning, and software development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured training sessions throughout the 2-week program.
Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, student-friendly and practical manner.
Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on activities wherever applicable.
Engage students through discussions, exercises, quizzes, and practical problem-solving.
Help students understand the real-world applications of Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
Address student queries and provide technical guidance.
Ensure the prescribed curriculum is completed within the allocated training hours.
Maintain a professional classroom workplace and coordinate with the program/college team.
Assess students' understanding through activities, assignments, or evaluations where required.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for trainers who have:
3+ years of relevant industry/training experience in AI, Generative AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Development, or related technologies.
Strong practical understanding of Generative AI and LLMs.
Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI platforms.
Good understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic AI.
Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills.
Ability to train college students from diverse technical backgrounds.
Strong presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience conducting training programs in colleges/universities will be an added advantage.
