Role Description The AI Specialist will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance digital marketing education and training at CDA Academy. This full-time on-site role, based in Kozhikode, involves building and maintaining machine learning models, integrating AI tools into learning platforms, and optimizing workflows for instructors and learners. The AI Specialist will collaborate with academic and technical teams to analyze data, improve personalization in course delivery, and support the creation of AI-enabled learning content.

Daily tasks include experimenting with new AI technologies, documenting best practices, training staff on AI tools,



and ensuring ethical and secure use of AI systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including model development, training, and evaluation.
- Ability to train and evaluate people.
- Valuable presentation skills
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI (such as Python) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Experience working with data pipelines, data analysis, and visualization to support decision-making and product improvements.
- Knowledge of AI integration within web or learning platforms, including APIs, automation workflows, and tool interoperability.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible use of AI in educational and marketing contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate academic or business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in EdTech or digital marketing environments is an advantage.
