Role Overview The AI Solutions Lead is responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering AI/Generative AI solutions that address business challenges. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and business teams to develop scalable AI solutions using modern AI/ML and GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end AI solution design and implementation.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI use cases.
- Architect AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions using cloud platforms.
- Drive AI strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and production-grade AI applications.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and AI agents into business workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,



and Generative AI.
- Expertise in LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama).
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate).
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI model deployment.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in AI governance and responsible AI.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric.
- Industry certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI, or GCP AI.
