AI SEO Engineer (Search Everywhere Builder)

Role & responsibilities

- Lead enterprise SEO strategy across content, keyword ecosystems, information architecture, topical authority, search intent mapping, and organic growth by leveraging AI, agentic workflows, and automation to scale execution.
- Own the Search Everywhere strategy by driving discoverability across Google Search, AI search engines, LLMs, social search, marketplaces, video platforms, and internal search experiences.
- Partner with Technical SEO, Product, Engineering, Content, Analytics, and UX teams to embed SEO into every stage of the product and content lifecycle.
- Define SEO and GEO best practices, governance, and AI-first operating models that enable large-scale, consistent execution across the organization.
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation pipelines that improve SEO productivity, reduce manual effort,



and accelerate content production while maintaining quality and governance.
- Continuously prototype, test, and productionize SEO innovations.

Required Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on Enterprise SEO experience, managing large-scale websites with proven impact on organic growth, visibility, and business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in SEO, keyword strategy, information architecture, search intent mapping, topical authority, internal linking strategy, entity SEO, programmatic SEO, and Search Everywhere optimization.
- Proven experience building and scaling SEO strategies across multiple business verticals, templates, and customer journeys.
- Deep understanding of up-to-date search ecosystems, including Google Search, AI Search, LLMs, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Experience working with AI/LLM platforms, agentic frameworks, automation tools, and programming technologies to build and scale SEO solutions.
