About The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Search &

- Website Growth Manager who will be responsible for improving our website’s visibility, organic presence and discoverability across AI-powered search platforms and traditional search engines.

This role is purely focused on website, SEO, content optimisation and AI search visibility. It does not involve Social Media, Google Ads, or Google My Business management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute website SEO & organic growth strategies
- Improve website visibility in AI-generated search results and AI search platforms
- Work on AI Search Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Optimise website content to improve chances of being referenced, cited and recommended by AI search engines
- Conduct keyword, search-intent and competitor research
- Optimise website structure, landing pages, course pages and blogs
- Improve on-page SEO, technical SEO and internal linking
- Identify and fix website SEO issues affecting crawling, indexing and rankings
- Work on schema markup / structured data and content structure
- Optimise content for featured snippets, People Also Ask and AI-generated answers
- Develop an effective content strategy for search-driven traffic
- Analyse website performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools
- Monitor organic rankings, impressions, clicks, indexed pages and conversions
- Identify opportunities to increase organic leads and website enquiries




- Coordinate with the content and development teams for website improvements
- Continuously research how AI search is changing user behaviour and search visibility

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SEO &
- Technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with GEO / AI Search Optimization
- Understanding of how Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI search platforms discover and present information
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and search intent
- Website content optimisation
- Technical SEO & website audits
- Internal linking and site architecture
- Schema / structured data
- Google Search Console &
- Google Analytics
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and website structure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
