This is full-time onsite role in our Pune-Balewadi office.

Why This Role Matters

We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to help build, evolve, and support an AI orchestration platform delivering AI-powered capabilities across Hansen products and enterprise solutions. This is a hands-on, production-focused engineering role where you will turn promising AI prototypes into reliable, secure, maintainable, and scalable platform capabilities. You will work across backend services, frontend applications, LLM integrations, agent workflows, RAG pipelines, real-time streaming, testing, observability, and deployment.

You will join a growing global team working across India and the UK, with the opportunity to influence how practical AI capabilities are engineered and delivered across our product ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

- Build and enhance AI-powered platform features used across Hansen products.
- Develop LLM integrations, AI agents, and RAG-based solutions.
- Design scalable APIs and services that support real-world production workloads.




- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.

What You Bring

- Strong experience with Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Passion for solving complex problems and turning AI concepts into production-ready solutions.
