About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Partner Sales Executive to build and expand strategic partnerships across the US market, with a focus on Generative AI, Conversational AI, Customer Experience (CX), and Employee Experience (EX) .

The ideal candidate will identify and develop relationships with technology partners, system integrators, consulting firms, resellers, and enterprise organizations to create joint go-to-market opportunities and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a US AI partner sales strategy focused on GenAI, Conversational AI, CX, EX & AWS solutions.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic technology partners, system integrators, consulting firms, resellers,



and channel partners .
- Build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, CX/EX leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation teams.
- Create joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners.
- Identify enterprise use cases where AWS, GenAI and Conversational AI can automate and improve customer and employee experiences.
- Generate qualified opportunities through partner referrals, joint campaigns, events, networking, LinkedIn, and outbound sales.
- Develop partner enablement programs, presentations, demos, and sales collateral.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to support AI solution positioning, demos, POCs, and proposals .
- Manage the complete partner sales lifecycle from prospecting → engagement → chance creation → negotiation → closure .
