About the Role

ParaSequence builds technical growth systems for B2B product companies in deep-tech sectors. We are hiring a Visual & Motion Design Intern who bridges traditional design fundamentals with contemporary Generative AI workflows.

You should be someone who has already embraced AI to design faster and smarter, while retaining strong visual taste, creative intuition, and a technical knack for digesting complex engineering concepts quickly.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong Design Fundamentals: Deep grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, spatial composition, grid systems, and color theory. AI provides raw speed, but your traditional design eye delivers the final polish.
- Gen AI Native: You natively integrate generative AI (Midjourney, Flux, DALL-E, ChatGPT, Claude, Genspark) into your daily design process to generate ideas, refine graphics, and streamline layouts.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read technical documentation, spec sheets, and engineering diagrams and rapidly translate them into clear, structured visual logic.
- Motion & Reels Stack: Hands-on editing ability with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut,



or Figma video tools to transform static diagrams into engaging short-form reels for social feeds.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Infographics & Systems: Turn complex hardware specs, product diagrams, sytem architectures, and software maps into clean visual cheat sheets, architecture diagrams, and LinkedIn carousels.
- Motion Graphics & Social Reels: Adapt static technical visuals and web copy into high-impact, short-form video reels and animations.
- AI-Accelerated Asset Creation: Use preset brand prompts, client design specs, and AI workflows (Claude skills, Gemini Gems, custom GPT setups) alongside Figma/Adobe CC to scale visual output rapidly.

Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)

Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed. Your portfolio must include:

- Data & Technical Layouts: Examples of complex info, flowcharts, or infographics made visually digestible.
- Motion & Reels: 2–3 examples of video editing, animated graphics, or short-form reels.
- Gen AI Proof: Graphics or visual components where you actively leveraged AI tools as part of your creation workflow.
