We are looking for a Senior AI-Native Full Stack Engineer who can take a feature from idea UI API database AI integration deployment production independently.
This is a high-ownership product engineering role, not a maintenance/ticket-based position. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, making technical decisions and shipping features end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Build production-ready frontend, backend, and AI-powered features end-to-end.
Develop responsive UIs using React, Next.js, TypeScript & Tailwind.
Build APIs and business logic using Node.js & Express.js.
Work with PostgreSQL, Redis & pgvector.
Integrate LLMs, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, and MCP into products.
Deploy and manage your own work using AWS, Docker & CI/CD.
Debug, monitor, and optimize production systems.
Use Claude/Claude Code, Cursor, or AI agents as part of your daily development workflow.
Make independent product and architecture decisions.
Must Have
5+ years of production software engineering experience.
Strong React + Next.js + TypeScript.
Strong Node.js + Express.js experience.
Experience with MCP tools and servers.
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL + Redis.
Experience with AWS, Docker & CI/CD.
Hands-on experience building LLM/AI-powered features.
Experience with RAG, vector search, embeddings, or AI agents.
Proven experience working in startups / small teams / high-ownership environments.
Strong evidence of using AI tools to significantly improve development speed.
