Role Objective

Lead the architecture, implementation and production deployment of enterprise AI/ML and GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, security and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.

Translate business requirements into AI/ML architectures.

Design production-grade ML pipelines.

Design and implement RAG architectures.

Implement enterprise LLM solutions and AI agents.

Evaluate and select appropriate models and frameworks.

Optimize inference performance, cost and latency.

Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices.





Establish model evaluation and monitoring frameworks.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs and databases.

Implement AI security and responsible AI controls.

Conduct PoC-to-production transformation.

Lead technical discussions with customers.

Mentor junior AI/ML engineers.

Prepare architecture documents, implementation plans and technical proposals.
