About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the migration and transformation of enterprise knowledge assets into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Knowledge Management. The role requires leveraging AI/ML, Python, and LLMs to restructure, enrich, and optimize content for AI-powered search, agent-assist, and conversational AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Migrate knowledge content from platforms such as Shelf into Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Reconstruct content hierarchy, metadata, tags, references, and parent-child relationships.

- Use AI/ML and LLMs to classify, summarize, enrich, and reorganize knowledge assets.

- Convert complex procedural documentation into AI-ready, agent-friendly content formats.

- Build structured knowledge repositories, indexing models, and table-of-content frameworks.

- Collaborate on integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM, Genesys, Bland AI, Kresta, and related platforms.

Must-Have Skills

- At least 6 years of relevant experience is required.

- Strong Python development experience





- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI

- AI/ML expertise in NLP, content processing, semantic search, or knowledge retrieval

- Experience transforming unstructured content into structured knowledge repositories

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Model-Driven Applications

- Ability to independently drive knowledge migration and optimization initiatives

Preferred Skills

- Experience with knowledge management platforms such as Shelf, Confluence, or SharePoint.

- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, RAG, or Agentic AI frameworks.

- Experience supporting AI-powered contact center solutions and agent-assist platforms.
