Role Overview

We are looking for a AI/ML Engineer with experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM applications, and Conversational AI. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and NLP-based solutions.
- Build and integrate chatbots and voicebots using platforms such as Kore.ai, Dialogflow, or similar technologies.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI/Flask.
- Work with NLP techniques including embeddings, semantic search, text classification, and similarity-based retrieval.
- Develop and integrate AI solutions with databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Perform data preprocessing, EDA, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms.
- Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices for reliable model and application deployment.
- Contribute to technical design,



documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI.
- Experience working with LLMs and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, NLP, and semantic search.
- Experience with FastAPI/Flask and REST API development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL and data handling using Pandas/NumPy.
- Experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, or similar.
- Experience with Chatbot/Voicebot development is preferred.
- Knowledge of GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Google Dialogflow.
- Experience with OpenAI GPT models and other LLM providers.
- Experience building production-grade AI agents or conversational AI solutions.
