What success looks like in this role:

- Contributes significantly to the integration of AI / ML models into products and services.
- Supports team efforts to ensure the quality of underlying ML models, including:

o Data processing and cleaning, and o Model retraining.
- Supports internal teams through development of complex solution packages and associated release and adoption strategies.
- Strives to understand product-related feedback, issues and user expectations.
- Gains understanding and experience to take broader ownership for ML service delivery.
- Participates in design discussions regarding features and methods to improve existing products and/or the implementation of new products

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or data engineering projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proven experience in implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments, with a deep understanding of the associated challenges and best practices
- Proficiency in Python and its data wrangling libraries (e.g., Pandas).
- Positive understanding of standard ML algorithms.
- Sound understanding of software design principles.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
- Quick to grasp new technologies and concepts,



staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in English
