About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build and improve Cubemate.ai , our AI execution and learning platform. You will work on real-world problems involving LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, AI workflows, Machine Learning and Python-based applications .

What You'll Do

- Build AI/ML features using Python and modern LLM APIs.
- Develop RAG, agent and LLM-powered applications .
- Work with APIs, databases, vector stores and cloud platforms.
- Experiment with models, prompts, structured outputs and tool calling.
- Debug, evaluate and optimize AI applications.
- Turn prototypes into reliable, production-ready features.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in software, AI/ML or related development.
- Strong Python skills.
- Practical understanding of ML, LLMs, RAG, embeddings and Generative AI .




- Experience building at least one real AI/ML project.
- Positive problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs and databases.

Good to have: LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, Docker, Azure/AWS/GCP, FastAPI/Flask, PyTorch or scikit-learn. ? Hands-On Assessment

We don't want to evaluate candidates only through theoretical interview questions.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to explore Cubemate.ai and complete a small practical AI/ML assessment. The assessment is designed to understand how you learn, solve problems and build , not simply what you can memorize.
