XienOS is not simply an AI chatbot. It is designed as an intelligent layer across the institution —capable of understanding context, working with institutional data, reasoning over information, interacting with software systems, and executing tasks through AI-powered workflows and agents.

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join the XienOS team and help build its core intelligence layer.

You will work on LLMs, AI agents, RAG, memory, model orchestration, AI evaluation, personalization, and intelligent automation .

This is a hands-on role with significant technical ownership.

What You'll Do

- Build and improve XienOS's core AI/ML systems.
- Develop LLM-powered applications and intelligent agents.
- Design production-grade RAG and knowledge systems.
- Build context and memory architectures.
- Implement tool/function calling and agentic workflows.
- Integrate multiple LLM providers and open-source models.
- Build AI systems capable of understanding and executing institutional workflows.
- Develop AI evaluation and reliability systems.




- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Work with structured and unstructured institutional data.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
- Take AI features from prototype → production .
