Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust application pipelines that are ready for production environments. The engineer works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing.

Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative AI and machine learning techniques to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms and services for deploying scalable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Ability to design and optimize AI pipelines for production environments.
- Competence in developing AI-driven applications including chatbots and image processing systems.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
