Responsibilities
- Build AI-based solutions for multiple domains
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
- Deliver AI solutions with minimum or zero red flags
- Understand complex business processes and suggest AI-based solutions to reduce AHT and improve overall process
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive goals and objectives set by leadership
- Work in an Agile development setup and flag concerns at the right time
- Apply quality control practices including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Stress/Performance Testing
- Use documentation, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
Additional Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
- Interact with peers within Accenture
- Interact with clients and/or Accenture management
- Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on recent assignments
- Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others
- Work as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
- May require rotational shifts
