About the Role

We are hiring an AI Microdrama Animator & Video Editor to join our AI video production team.

This is a highly specialized hands-on production role combining:

AI video generation + qualified dramatic video editing.

You will work from the creative direction and shot breakdown provided by an AI Microdrama Production Director and will be responsible for executing the complete sequence - from AI-generated shots through final edited output.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to generate AI clips.

We are looking for someone who can generate and take generated footage and turn it into a professionally edited microdrama episode with strong pacing, emotion, continuity, and dramatic impact.

Key Responsibilities

Generate AI video shots according to detailed creative direction

Maintain character, location, action, and shot continuity

Execute required camera angles, movements, expressions, and performances

Edit complete microdrama sequences in Adobe Premiere Pro

Handle dramatic pacing, reaction timing, transitions, inserts, continuity, basic VFX, and cliffhangers

Implement feedback and revisions quickly

Collaborate closely with the Production Director

Mandatory Requirements

Professional experience producing AI-generated microdrama





Professional microdrama / vertical drama / AI microdrama experience

Strong professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong understanding of dramatic editing, pacing, and continuity

Professional-level English and Hindi proficiency

Strong Seedance 2.0 experience is highly preferred. Frameo.ai experience is also preferred.

Production Expectation

Candidates should be capable of editing approximately 6 minutes of professional microdrama content per working day, with the core editing process typically completed within 3–4 hours, depending on complexity.

This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to general YouTube, corporate, reels, wedding, or social media editing.

Role Details

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Probation: 2 months

Salary During Probation: ₹50,000/month

Salary After Confirmation: ₹60,000/month To Apply
