Sembridge is looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate must have robust hands-on technical experience in AI/ML and Snowflake AI capabilities, along with the ability to lead enterprise architecture and client-facing discussions.

What You'll Do

- Architect and deliver end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from discovery through production deployment.
- Design and implement production-grade RAG systems, vector search, embedding pipelines, AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows.
- Build scalable AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark ML, and other Snowflake AI capabilities.
- Develop ML and LLM pipelines supporting training, inference, monitoring, evaluation, and governance.
- Integrate AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Define AI architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and governance best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and client-facing solution discussions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and actively contribute to solution design, development, POCs, integrations, and production implementation.

What We're Looking For





10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture, with significant experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Strong hands-on expertise with:

- Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering
- Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark ML, Cortex Search, and Cortex Analyst
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, MLOps & LLMOps
- AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Platforms
- APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, and Enterprise Integrations
- Production deployment, monitoring, evaluation, optimization, and governance of AI/ML solutions

Snowflake certification is mandatory. Candidates must hold a valid Snowflake certification relevant to their experience.

Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI architectures, along with strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector.
- Additional AWS, Azure, GCP, or AI/ML certifications are a plus.
