- Lead the AI Vision & Transformation

Own and articulate client’s AI strategy as we scale to large enterprises. You’ll set the technical roadmap, define how reasoning, orchestration, and agentic AI evolve in our platform, and translate that vision into outcomes our customers can feel. Your grounding in generative AI—knowledge graphs, RAG (including knowledge-based RAG), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, data modeling, and ontologies—lets you push the boundary of what the product can do.
- Architect with Technique & Precision

We move fast without compromising quality. Your command of generative AI techniques—transformer-based architectures (GPT, BERT), VAEs, GANs, and the modern LLM/agentic toolchain—lets you design AI solutions that are robust, scalable, secure, and production-ready. You set the engineering bar: evaluation, observability, and responsible-AI practices that hold up under enterprise scrutiny.

What You Bring

- Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and owning the architecture of complex, production AI systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in generative AI: LLMs, RAG and knowledge-based RAG, knowledge graphs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic / multi-agent systems.
- Strong foundations in ML, NLP, data modeling, and ontologies fluency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience building for enterprise: security, scalability, data governance, evaluation, and responsible/ethical AI.
- Excellent communication—able to influence engineers, executives, and enterprise customers alike.
- A track record of mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar of a team.
