Compensation

- First 3 months: ₹10,000 per month
- Next 3 months: ₹20,000 per month, subject to satisfactory performance
- After successful completion: Full-time opportunity with a CTC of ₹3.6–5 LPA, based on performance and business requirements

Role overview

Appnox Technologies is looking for motivated freshers interested in building production-grade full-stack and AI-enabled applications. Selected candidates will receive structured training while working on real projects under experienced team members.

Responsibilities

- Develop frontend and backend application features.
- Build APIs and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Understand project architecture and basic system-design decisions.
- Develop AI and RAG-based features, chatbots and knowledge-retrieval systems.
- Work with LLM APIs, embeddings, document processing and vector databases.
- Write clean code, resolve bugs and participate in sprints and code reviews.
- Test and document completed work.

Required qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT or a related technical discipline.




- At least one previous internship in software development, full-stack development or AI/ML.
- Understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Next.js or a similar framework.
- Backend knowledge using Node.js, Python or a comparable technology.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, Git and application architecture.
- Basic knowledge of system-design concepts.
- Previous learning or project work involving RAG, LLMs or Generative AI.
- GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.

Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, Docker, cloud deployment or vector databases will be an advantage.

Conversion criteria

Full time conversion will be based on technical growth, project contribution, code quality, problem-solving, sprint reliability, ownership, communication and teamwork.
