Position: AI Growth & Automation SpecialistRole Overview

We are looking for a highly driven AI Growth & Automation Specialist to manage and optimise AI-powered lead generation, AI calling, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, automation, lead nurturing, and conversion campaigns.

The role will focus on using AI, automation, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and AI-powered calling to engage prospects, qualify leads, generate meetings, and improve overall lead-to-conversion performance.

The ideal candidate should be highly execution-oriented, comfortable with AI and marketing technology, and have a strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities1. AI-Powered Calling

- Manage and monitor AI-powered calling campaigns for lead engagement, qualification, and follow-ups.
- Set up and optimise AI calling journeys for different lead segments.
- Create and refine AI agent scripts, prompts, conversation flows, and qualification questions.
- Monitor call connection rates, response rates, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
- Analyse AI call conversations and recordings to identify gaps and improve agent performance.
- Ensure qualified and interested prospects are promptly handed over to the sales team.
- Continuously optimise AI calling workflows to improve qualification and conversion rates.

1. WhatsApp Growth & Automation

- Plan and execute WhatsApp campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, reactivation, and conversion.
- Manage and segment existing databases for targeted WhatsApp campaigns.
- Create WhatsApp messaging sequences, automated follow-ups, and nurturing journeys.
- Re-engage dormant, untapped, and previously contacted leads.
- Track WhatsApp delivery, response, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Optimise messaging and communication journeys based on campaign performance.

1. Email Marketing

- Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, reactivation, and conversion.
- Create email campaigns, newsletters, automated sequences,



and follow-up journeys.
- Develop engaging subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and personalised communication.
- Segment databases based on lead source, interest, engagement, and other relevant parameters.
- Monitor open rates, CTR, responses, leads, and conversions.
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and campaign formats.

1. AI & Marketing Automation

- Build and manage automated lead-nurturing workflows across AI calling, WhatsApp, and email .
- Work with platforms such as AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, SendGrid, Mailchimp , and AI calling platforms.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve campaign creation, personalisation, productivity, and optimisation.
- Identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
- Build scalable communication workflows for different lead stages.
- Continuously improve automation journeys based on campaign data and lead behaviour.

1. Lead Management & CRM

- Maintain accurate lead databases and CRM records.
- Segment and organise leads for targeted communication.
- Track prospect engagement across AI calling, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure accurate lead tagging, qualification, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of lead outcomes and campaign performance.

1. Reporting & Optimisation

- Prepare weekly performance reports across AI calling, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
- Track key metrics including:
- Qualified Leads Generated
- Meetings Booked
- AI Call Connection Rate
- AI Call Qualification Rate
- WhatsApp Response Rate
- Email Open Rate
- Email CTR
- Lead-to-Meeting Conversion Rate
- Re-engagement Rate
- Campaign ROI
- Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Continuously optimise campaigns, scripts, messaging, and automation workflows.





Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead-management systems.
- Experience with platforms such as AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, SendGrid, Mailchimp , or similar tools is preferred.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and large lead databases.
- Solid execution, ownership, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, AI calling, CRM marketing, or marketing automation .
- Experience in franchising, education, consulting, real estate, finance, SaaS, or other high-ticket businesses is preferred.
- Experience working with large databases and performance-driven campaigns will be an added advantage.
