Going Highway Entertainers Pvt. Ltd. designs, builds and delivers exhibition stands and experiential technology for brands exhibiting at major trade shows in India and internationally. We're looking for a creative, AI-savvy Design Executive to help our design and marketing teams move faster — turning briefs into concept visuals, marketing creatives, and presentation-ready content using modern AI tools.

The ideal candidate is comfortable pairing generative AI tools with solid design fundamentals to produce polished, on-brand visuals quickly — for stand concepts, client pitches, and marketing collateral alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Use generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, ChatGPT/Claude) to create concept visuals, mockups, and marketing creatives for exhibition stand designs and campaigns.
- Design marketing collateral — social media posts, brochures, presentations, and client proposal decks — using AI-assisted workflows for faster turnaround.
- Support the design team by generating AI-assisted mockups and visual concepts that help translate stand-design briefs into client-ready visuals.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable AI prompts, templates, and design assets for consistent, on-brand output.
- Review and refine AI-generated content for accuracy, visual quality, and brand alignment before it goes out.
- Coordinate with the design, sales, and marketing teams to understand briefs and turn them into compelling AI-assisted visuals on schedule.




- Stay current with emerging AI design tools and trends, and suggest new tools or workflows that improve output and speed.
- Organize and maintain digital design assets across ongoing exhibition and event projects.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of generative AI tools for image/content creation (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, ChatGPT/Claude, or similar).
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
- Strong sense of visual design, layout, composition, and branding.
- Good prompt-writing skills — able to get consistent, high-quality output from AI tools.
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- A portfolio showing AI-assisted design or content work.
- Basic familiarity with 3D visualization/rendering tools is a plus (not required).
- Interest in the exhibition, events, or experiential design industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Passion for AI tools, design trends, and creative content.

Compensation & Work Conditions Experience: 0–2 years / Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
