About The Role

What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly shape how AI behaves for millions of people? We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns — helping ensure the AI systems of tomorrow are built responsibly.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong judgment and a genuine interest in fairness and social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated content and responses for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
- Evaluate whether AI outputs are safe and appropriate for diverse, real-world audiences
- Identify ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics,

- Strong critical thinker who can hold and evaluate multiple perspectives at once
- Attuned to nuance, context, and cultural sensitivity
- Clear and articulate written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your assessments
- No formal AI, ethics, or academic background required

Nice to Have

- Experience in social sciences, philosophy, journalism, policy, or related fields
- Familiarity with concepts like algorithmic bias or responsible AI
- Background in writing, research, or content evaluation
